Borgestad Industries develops, manufactures and deliver refractory products, installations and turnkey solutions that enhance the productivity and competitiveness of industrial customers. The aim is to contribute to the customer´s profitability by delivering the lowest total refractory cost per ton of product produced. Today Borgestad Industries is a leading supplier in the refractory market of Scandinavia and the Group has a global presence in a number of selected application areas.

The knowledge, experience and strength of Borgestad Industries are anchored in long traditions. Back in 1825 started the refractory production in Höganäs, Sweden and since that point of time the Group has grown gradually. Today it includes several companies within the refractory- and insulation business.

Borgestad Industries had a turnover of NOK 398 mill. in 2010.

In 2008 Borgestad Industries was listed on Oslo Børs under the ticker BIND.
